Beat the GA Heat!

Summer in Georgia is no joke—between the scorching heat and the humidity that feels like you’re swimming through the air, we’ve been spending most of our days inside. But after weeks of trying to stay cool, our art supplies have taken a serious hit. Markers are dried out, crayons are snapped in half, and Play-Doh has officially crossed over to that great art room in the sky. Every table, counter, and corner of the house has been overtaken by “creative projects,” and honestly, I’m one more glitter spill away from losing it.

I’ve hit that point of burnout where I spend an hour setting up a fun activity, only for the kids to declare they’re bored five minutes in—and then I spend another hour cleaning it up. So we are off to spend some time indoors away from the house!

Check out where you can beat the heat and catch a movie or show!
